KKL Serves as Co-Counsel to 36 Former Federal Prosecutors

Ed Kim and Alexandra Messiter, together with attorneys at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP served as counsel to 36 former federal prosecutors in authoring and filing an amicus brief in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit in Microsoft Corp. v. United States regarding the First Amendment rights of companies to provide appropriate notice to customers upon receiving process from law enforcement.
