KKL Files Amicus Brief in the U.S. Supreme Court on Behalf of a Pro Bono Client

Earlier this month, KKL partner Daniel Noble and associate Vlad Shafran were proud to file an amicus brief in the U.S. Supreme Court on behalf of a pro bono client, the Due Process Institute, in support of the defendant’s petition for a writ of certiorari in Brian Benjamin v. United States, No. 24-142. The amicus brief urges the Supreme Court to review Mr. Benjamin’s case in order to provide much needed clarity in cases involving allegations of bribery based on First Amendment-protected campaign contributions.
