KKL Secures Deferred Prosecution for Utility Executive Charged with Embezzlement From Federally Funded Entity

On December 6, 2024, KKL Attorneys Daniel Noble and Vlad Shafran represented the former Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Connecticut Municipal Electric Energy Cooperative (CMEEC), at a hearing in the District of Connecticut to enter into a Pretrial Diversion Agreement that provides for dismissal of the indictment after 18 months.
