Ben Perotin represents individuals and institutions in criminal and civil matters, with a focus on criminal defense, internal investigations, regulatory enforcement, and complex civil litigation.

Ben has represented clients in connection with investigations conducted by the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and state attorneys general.  He has experience in matters involving allegations of fraud, market manipulation, bribery, workplace discrimination, and breaches of fiduciary duty.  Ben has both defense and plaintiff-side experience in complex commercial litigation.  He has also represented clients in investigations conducted in response to internal whistleblower complaints. 

+ EXPERIENCE

Prior to joining the firm, Ben worked as a litigation associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. Previously, Ben served as a law clerk to the Honorable Anthony J. Scirica of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
