Molly Webster represents individuals and institutions in criminal and civil matters, with a focus on criminal defense, internal investigations, regulatory enforcement, and complex civil litigation.

Molly has represented clients in connection with investigations conducted by the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), and federal, state, and international regulators and law enforcement agencies.  She has experience in matters involving allegations of fraud, market manipulation, insider trading, workplace discrimination and misconduct, RICO, and regulatory violations.  She also has plaintiff and defense-side experience in complex commercial litigation, employment disputes, and sexual misconduct litigation. 

Molly’s pro bono work has focused on representing indigent individuals in state and federal criminal prosecutions, seeking post-conviction relief, representing individuals in civil rights matters involving police misconduct and prison reform, and addressing employment discrimination and sexual harassment.

In addition to her work at Krieger Lewin, Molly is an adjunct professor at Fordham University School of Law, teaching Legal Writing and Research to first-year law students.

Prior to joining the firm, Molly was a senior associate at Kaplan Hecker & Fink LLP and an associate at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan LLP. Molly also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Cathy Seibel of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
